After seeing the photographs Sarah had done for an acquaintance's wedding, we knew we wanted her to photograph our special day.
From the initial contact, Sarah's friendly and happy personality shone through. A few weeks before the wedding we met for a chilled coffee, where she made it clear what information she needed from us and talked us through what to expect on the day.
On the day of the wedding, which took place in Brecon, Sarah arrived nice and early with a big smile. Her friendly personality meant that all guests were relaxed around her, and she was able to get natural pictures. Even managing to get lovely photos of family members that usually hate photos - which is truly invaluable!
The group shots felt relaxed and fun, which was a refreshing change from the traditional way of doing it, which can leave guests feeling fed up of doing stuffy poses. I truly think our friends and family would have posed for days with Sarah egging them on.
Since the wedding, we have had so many comments about how great Sarah was, and how her modern approach was so refreshing. The day the photos were sent to us, me and my best friends spent hours sharing our favourite shots on whatsapp.
When me and my husband saw our photos, it was clear that Sarah had worked hard to capture images that told a story and flowed effortlessly. I feel like she captured the relationship that we have as a couple, as well as our love for family and friends.
Sarah is clearly a highly skilled and passionate photographer. Her unique storytelling truly captured the spirit of our day, and we now have an amazing collection of photographs that we can share and look back on. I will never stop instagramming the photos she took of us!
